About Mail-Triage
Mail-Triage answers one question quickly: is this email safe? Upload an .eml or .msg file, or paste the raw headers, and the app examines the message the way a security analyst would. It checks who really sent it, what the links resolve to, what the attachments carry, and whether a QR code hides a destination the visible text never shows. You get a plain-language verdict, a risk score, and the individual findings that produced it — evidence you can act on and explain to a colleague.
It is built for the people who get asked "is this email real?" every week: IT administrators and security teams triaging suspicious mail that slipped through a filter, managed service providers who need a fast, consistent answer for their clients, and small businesses without a security desk. It also suits anyone who has received a convincing invoice, delivery, or account-lockout message at a personal address and wants a second opinion before clicking.
The scanner is free and needs no account. Premium adds automatic inbox protection: connect an Outlook or Gmail mailbox once and each new message is checked as it arrives, with the verdict written back into your mailbox as a category or label you can see in the list. When the app gets one wrong, you fix it where you already work — remove the tag or set it to Safe — and that sender is remembered.
Mail-Triage is built and maintained by a small, independent team of email-security and software engineers. Analysis happens where it can: uploaded files are parsed in your browser, and automatic scanning stores verdicts and findings rather than your mail. Questions, bug reports, and feature requests are always welcome.
